Workers' Compensation Defense

Members of Callison Tighe & Robinson enjoy a significant workers' compensation defense practice handling hundreds of compensation cases each year on behalf of employers such as home builders and commercial contractors in South Carolina for nearly two decades. Throughout the years, we have adapted to the many different faces and changes in the political climate at the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission in efforts to maintain a level of fairness and balance on behalf of employers and carriers. In this regard, members of the firm have been involved in advising employer trade groups regarding legislative initiatives which have served to benefit the system as a whole, and regularly work with individual and groups of employers in efforts to minimize overall claims experience. However, our emphasis is on claims handling and we are well-staffed to successfully represent employers and carriers.
