The importance and value of alternative dispute resolution in today's legal system cannot be overstated. Malissa Burnette is an arbitrator, and a certified mediator on the federal level. Early in his career, Mike Tighe clerked for a well-known federal jurist and has since been involved in literally thousands of commercial transactions and commercial disputes. Reece Williams is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who has hundreds of jury trials to his credit, is a past president of the South Carolina Bar Association, past national president of the American Board of Trial Advocates, among other professional honors.
In addition to being a certified mediator, Mike Tighe is also a certified arbitrator by the South Carolina Supreme Court. Mike has acted as a single arbitrator and has also been a member of arbitration panels rendering decisions in complex commercial disputes.
